Brian Hugh
Brian is President of Business Technology Solutions, Inc., an Information Technology, Management Consulting and Systems Integration company, founded in 1996. His company is dedicated to assisting companies understand and implement new technologies within their business successfully. Focusing on both the business and technical implications of implementing change within a business.
One of his most well known projects is leading the implementation of the Revenue Control System at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, if you have used e-Park to park at the airport, this was one of the features implemented.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University at Mankato and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul/Mpls. Minnesota.
Brian and his wife Patty keep themselves busy raising two beautiful teenage girls.
Jon Foss

Jon Foss is Co-CEO and Cofounder of Foss Swim School. Jon is an accomplished swimmer, attaining All American status while in college and earning a top-ten finish in the 2004 Masters World Championship. He has been teaching and coaching swimming at various levels since 1987, training over 900 instructors and coaches. Jon has led the growth at Foss Swim School, immersing himself in all facets of the business since inception–from writing curricula to facility design. He has spoken at the Australian Swim Coaches and Teachers conference in 2009 and the New Zealand Swim Coaches Conference in 2010. He is a past member of the board of directors and a life member of the U.S. Swim School Association.
Cyndi Barrington
After graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina, Cyndi Barrington, Media Relations Advisor for Abbey’s Hope, began her career at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Alexandria, Virginia. After moving to Minnesota in 1994, she worked at KARE-11 News for six years as the Newsroom Coordinator. In December 1999, she became the Public Information Officer/Spokesperson for the Minneapolis Police Department. After the MPD, she was the Media Relations Director for Qwest until deciding to stay home full-time. She has taught media relations to law enforcement/public safety/city officials and has coordinated media relations for various public safety conferences and nonprofit events.
She and her husband Scott are busy raising their three children.
Dr. Erika Malvey-Dorn

Dr. Erika Malvey-Dorn is a pediatrician and partner at All About Children Pediatrics in Eden Prairie. She graduated summa cum laude from Wellesley College in 1992 and then entered the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Minnesota. She completed her Ph.D. in Immunology in 1998 and her M.D. in 2000. She finished her pediatric residency training at the University of Minnesota, where she developed a special interest in asthma, allergy and infectious disease. She is board-certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Erika is also a member of the South Hennepin interagency Committee for Early Childhood Development. For the past 5 years, she has worked with this agency to effectively provide early childhood intervention services for children with developmental delays and chronic medical illnesses. Erika grew up in Northfield, Minnesota and now lives in Edina with her husband Richard and their three young children, Henry, Mary and George.
